A step-by-step guide…
In the first instance, your property or premises will be visited and assessed by one of our directors and a dedicated account manager. Then you’ll receive a comprehensive proposal, and after a period of discussion and evaluation, we’ll agree on a final proposal.
Next, the C&M account manager will create a rollout plan to implement the solution for the various sites involved. We will liaise with outgoing suppliers and contractors where relevant, in order to ensure a thoroughly seamless, professional transition. Our account managers are experienced enough to expect
glitches at this stage and skilled enough to handle them whenever they arise.
Then we implement the solution, managing the project from start to finish and making sure the client is always happy.
We’ll set up a dedicated email address for your convenience that we then use for all project-related communication. It also serves as a direct line to our dedicated customer services team, should you require any support or guidance.
We carry out a series of in-depth surveys at each individual site, examining and analysing current waste and recycling processes. We liaise with clients throughout the whole process, and after the site surveys, we recommend the waste management methods and solutions most suitable to your particular requirements.
We provide bespoke monthly environmental reports to demonstrate the results of your new recycling and waste reduction activities.
